A Bigger & Better Lip Sync Battle & Gala
The inaugural Lip Sync Battle took place in 2017 and has since become a cherished yearly event. Every year, both the community and Pathways students elevated their performances in pursuit of the Lip Sync Battle Championship title, and the Lip Sync Battle looked different and new.
Pathways had grown and evolved just like the Lip Sync Battle. We are thrilled to have over 100 students enrolled in our program this summer. As we continue to expand, we need additional resources. In order to fulfill this need, the Lip Sync Battle is transforming into a gala! It is our prayer that the Lip Sync Battle and Gala is a successful fundraiser that helps provide the excellent and unique programming that Pathways offers.
We’re elevating the Lip Sync Battle & Gala by adding new fundraising opportunities and activities. Here are four ways the Lip Sync Battle & Gala will be different from years past.
- New Venue – Since the Lip Sync Battle & Gala will be bigger and better than ever, our venue will be as well. We’ll be at the Broken Arrow Armed Forces Reserve Center, which is a beautiful venue.
- A Delicious Catered Meal – Every ticket comes with a fabulous meal catered by Ludger’s Catering and two drink tickets for wine and beer (for those over 21).
- Wine & Spirits Pull – For only $25 per pull, you’ll have the opportunity to choose a random bottle of wine or spirits. You could get lucky and pull a bottle worth much more than $25!
- Live & Silent Auctions – We have an array of awe-inspiring items to bid on, such as; a week in Vail, Colorado, Be A Meteorologist for the Day, game and show tickets, landscaping lighting, date night and family packages, original artwork and so much more! You don’t need to be present to participate in the silent auction, but you’ll want to be there for the live auction!
Of course, we can’t forget the highly anticipated Lip Sync Battle competition! We have a lineup of amazing community and Pathways student teams! The audience will get to vote for the 2023 Audience Choice Winner by purchasing a $1 vote! A celebrity judge panel will select this year’s Judge Choice Winner, Best Costumes, and Best Dance Moves!
Join us on September 21, 2023, at the Broken Arrow Armed Forces Reserve Center located at 26401 E 101 St in Broken Arrow, OK, 74014. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance; general Admission is $75 each, children’s tickets are $30 (under 21), and a reserved table of eight is $800.
