This week, our community gathered to celebrate a major milestone, the official groundbreaking for our new Pathways home.
It was a morning filled with joy, anticipation, and hope. Shovels hit the dirt, cameras flashed, and our students stood at the center of it all, exactly where they belong.
One of the most meaningful moments came from student Paige Cantrell, who shared what Pathways means to her and what she’s looking forward to in the new building:
“Pathways has really grown since I started. That’s why I am so excited for the new building. We need more space so I can make even more friends and meet some new teachers. I am excited for more classrooms and breakrooms for students. And most of all, no stairs and no elevator. It is going to be so easy to get around the school. God is so good to give us such a wonderful space and wonderful staff.”
Paige’s words say it all.
This project isn’t just about bricks and blueprints. It’s about accessibility. It’s about room to grow. It’s about eliminating barriers, literal and figurative, so our students can move freely, learn confidently, and build meaningful community.
It marks the beginning of a new chapter.
A chapter filled with opportunity.
With belonging.
With lifelong learning.
We are deeply grateful to every donor, volunteer, advocate, and friend who has helped us reach this moment. Because of you, this dream is becoming reality.
