Last month, Pathways pivoted to virtual classes temporarily due to unfavorable weather and road conditions. We’re so blessed to be able to continue programming in these situations with our students participating from the safety and comfort of their homes!
However, the downside was that they couldn’t volunteer at Meals on Wheels and the Food Bank due to the icy conditions. Several students shared that they were disappointed that they couldn’t volunteer. Billy said that volunteering is the highlight of his week, and he’s eager to get back to volunteering.
Students were so relieved to get to serve the community again once the weather cleared up. We love their hearts and spirits!
