Monique Scraper
Executive DirectorMonique Scraper
Having volunteered and worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities for over a decade and as a guardian of an adult with special needs, Monique has developed a tremendous passion for helping these adults live meaningful and fulfilling lives. Her non-profit background and her education in public administration have equipped her to help maximize the impact of the Pathways mission. Outside of Pathways, Monique enjoys adventuring to distant lands, fluffy Pomeranians, and eating pancakes with her husband and baby Jonah every weekend.
Emily Gotcher
Program ManagerEmily Gotcher
Emily earned a Master of Education degree in Special Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. This academic foundation is complemented by Emily’s ongoing commitment and pursuit of knowledge as a Doctor in Education Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision. Emily has demonstrated practical experience as a Special Education Classroom Teacher and expertise in Project Management and Coordination. Emily and her husband live in Owasso with their zoo of pets and are certified foster parents.
Susie Henning
Director of DevelopmentSusie Henning
Susie, a Tulsa native, holds a degree in psychology from Oklahoma State University and is a proud recipient of the ATHENA Leadership Award. She has actively contributed to various organizations, serving on the boards of Susan G. Komen of Greater Fort Worth, the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Weatherford. As a breast cancer survivor, Susie deeply values time spent with her husband, Jeff, their adult children, and friends. Beyond their enthusiasm for all things OSU, they enjoy hiking, traveling, and leisurely walks with their dog, Charli.
Ashley Hackett
Communications ManagerAshley Hackett
Ashley was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Christian Ministry from Oklahoma Baptist University. After completing her education, she returned to Tulsa and began her career in government communications, gaining valuable experience before joining Pathways. Ashley is a collector of hobbies—some of her favorites include crocheting, watercolor painting, and photography. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and caring for her beloved herd of rescue dogs, who bring joy and energy to her life.Melody Moore
Curriculum CoordinatorMelody Moore
Melody holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Social Studies from Rogers State University, where she was named Outstanding Graduate. She also holds degrees in Psychology, Enterprise Development, and Human Services with a focus on Developmental Disabilities. Melody has taught at a private school for students with developmental disabilities and is passionate about improving educational and developmental outcomes for this community. Outside of work, she treasures her roles as a mother, grandmother, and devoted follower of Christ.Pat Hubbartt

Pat is an Oklahoma native who has worked in full-time ministry and non-profit fundraising since 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University and is actively working on a Master’s degree in Chaplaincy from Liberty University. Pat is an enthusiastic fan of Sooner and Chiefs football, and in his free time, he likes to spend time with family, play guitar, and travel with his wife Kerry. Pat and Kerry have a blended family of 7 children, 5 grandchildren, and a 70-pound Labrador named Moose.Jan Madole

After a long career in Research Administration at universities and membership organizations, Jan felt called to take her life in a new direction and was grateful to find her place at Pathways. With a strong background in nonprofit administration and organizational operations, she is excited to work behind the scenes to support Pathways’ mission. Outside of work, Jan enjoys running with friends, spending time with her family, participating in book clubs, and traveling to explore new places and cultures.
Bernadette Tarr
BookkeeperBernadette Tarr
Bernadette, a Tulsa native, is a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loves numbers and music—her true passion—and fulfills it as music director at her church. Her career has spanned various industries, always in accounting, with bookkeeping as her favorite role. After retiring in 2015, she worked seasonal tax jobs at a CPA firm. Two years later, she joined Pathways, where she finds the loving environment a refreshing change from past workplaces. Bernadette feels truly fortunate to be part of the Pathways community.

Eli Grant
Lead TeacherEli Grant
Eli is a student at Moody Bible Institute, working toward his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. He enjoys spending his free time with loved ones and helping others experience the love of God. He shares a close bond with his wife, parents, brother, and two sisters. Eli feels called to a life of ministry and believes that Pathways is exactly where God wants him to serve. He is grateful for the opportunity to grow and make an impact through this work.
Jennifer Griffith

Jennifer is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social services and nonprofit work. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a focus on education, from Langston University. Jennifer is also a proud mother of two adult children, who remain a central part of her life. In her free time, she enjoys diving into true crime stories and exploring all things Tulsa. Her passion for community and service continues to guide her both personally and professionally.
Brian Hinton

Brian began volunteering at Pathways in 2024 and quickly grew passionate about the program. After retiring from a long Postal Service career that fall, he became a teacher at Pathways. Raised on a Nebraska cattle ranch, Brian earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Wayland Baptist University and a master’s in business management from Southern Nazarene University. He enjoys time with his wife and working with his therapy dog. Brian’s favorite part of Pathways is connecting with the students and serving those in need.John Matlach

John, born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, served in the military, where he met his wife, Christy, a widow with two children. Over the years, he has been involved in music ministry, teaching music, choir, band, and math in Christian schools, and co-owning a Christian bookstore. He also managed choral performances at The Baddour Center, serving adults with intellectual disabilities. Now a teacher at Pathways in Tulsa, John and Christy enjoy life with their four kids and eight grandkids.Chelsea Mohan

Chelsea grew up in St. Louis County and spent a lot of time at church and volunteering with her youth group. Chelsea felt that Pathways was an amazing opportunity for her as it allowed her to use her sociology degree, love for Jesus, and compassion for people in need all in the same place. Outside of being a teacher at Pathways, Chelsea volunteers at LifeChurch, enjoys doing Zumba and other workouts and loves spending time with family and friends.
Ethan Norris

Ethan believes teachers have a unique opportunity to guide students on the right path and prepare them for their futures. He is dedicated to giving his students the knowledge and skills they need to succeed and create the futures they deserve. To him, Pathways is the perfect place to achieve this goal. Ethan loves penguins, has volunteered in churches and schools, and is deeply passionate about the mission and community at Pathways, where he strives to make a positive impact every day.

Throughout Melissa’s life, she has been surrounded by friends and family with various disabilities. Melissa has also raised two children, now adults, on the autism spectrum. She is passionate about serving our students and loves working in a Christian environment. She has a degree in Childhood Development from Tulsa Community College and a background in education, with experience in multiple industries. Additionally, Melissa enjoys artistic and musical hobbies, including playing the cello, ocarina, pan drums, crocheting, jewelry making, and creating candles and soaps.
Ellie Powell

Being a teacher at Pathways has been Ellie’s dream for years. She has 14 years of experience working with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in public schools. Like many parents, she wonders, “What will my child do after graduation?” Pathways offers a beautiful place for continued learning and growth. It is a Christ-centered program with loving teachers and amazing students who teach her about compassion, love, and friendship every day. Lindsey is a native Oklahoman who grew up in the Nowata area. She earned her Associate’s degree from Coffeyville Community College and her Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Services from Oklahoma State University. While she has mainly worked with children throughout her career, Pathways is a new experience for her. She is thankful to the Lord for leading her to Pathways. In her free time, she enjoys reading and shopping, as well as spending time with her husband and family.Megan Norris

Megan grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She started attending OSU to get a theater degree and create a theater program for people with disabilities. However, that wasn’t God’s plan; Megan ended up developing her own chronic illnesses and disabilities, which caused her to drop out. This, though devastating to her, actually led her to Pathways, where she now gets to fulfill her lifelong dream of teaching drama and so many other unique classes. She feels so beyond blessed to be a teacher here.Margaret Webb

Margaret is originally from Enid, Oklahoma. She earned a degree in Social Work from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, followed by master’s degrees in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University. In the late 1980s, she moved to Tulsa and began her career in social services. Margaret is a proud mother of three adult children and several grandchildren. She finds great joy in working with adults with disabilities and strives to be a light and encouragement to each of her students.
Lori Williamson

As a former classroom teacher and director of a supplemental education program in Oklahoma City, Lori has worked with students of all ages and backgrounds. Upon moving to Tulsa, Lori joined the Pathways team to help students realize their full potential. She has a bachelor’s in elementary education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. When Lori isn’t at Pathways, you can find her serving at her church, reading a good book, or crocheting items for donation to local hospitals.Our Board
