We are deeply saddened to share that longtime Pathways friend Clint Whisenhunt passed away this week. Clint was a faithful supporter of Pathways, a former member of our Board of Directors, and a dedicated volunteer who spent meaningful time investing in our students.

Clint’s presence was marked by generosity, encouragement, and genuine care for the people around him. He believed in the mission of Pathways and gave his time in ways that made students feel seen, valued, and supported. Whether serving in leadership or simply sharing a laugh with students, Clint helped shape the Pathways community in lasting ways.

“Clint was such an important part of the Pathways story, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have known him for the past ten years,” said Monique Scraper, Executive Director of Pathways. “His wisdom, encouragement, and support helped shape me as a leader, but what I’ll remember just as much is the joy he brought to our students. They adored Clint. As a volunteer, he spent time with them, laughed with them, and formed relationships that meant so much. He loved his family deeply, served generously, and cared tremendously about the people and causes that mattered to him. I had so much love and respect for Clint, and I’m deeply grateful for the lasting impact he made on our students, on Pathways, and on me personally.”

We join Clint’s family, friends, and all who knew and loved him in grieving this loss. At Pathways, we will remember Clint with deep gratitude for the kindness he shared, the leadership he offered, and the meaningful difference he made in the lives of our students.
